    0xc0000005 is an access violation - basically something in the process is
    trying to read memory it does not have access to. A virus certainly could be
    causing that, although a lot of other things could do, such as unsupported
    security configuration settings.

    There is a chance that your anti-virus program could resolve the problem

    or try compatibility mode.

    see it is working well in window xp.
    so u try this
    right click the software icon on desktop
    go to properties
    select compatibility tab
    in that select run this program in compatibility mode
    in that select window xp (or try other window if not working with this)
    click ok..
    and try to open the software now and let me know whether it is working or not
