0xc0000005 is an access violation - basically something in the process is
trying to read memory it does not have access to. A virus certainly could be
causing that, although a lot of other things could do, such as unsupported
security configuration settings.
There is a chance that your anti-virus program could resolve the problem
or try compatibility mode.
